All sales are final

 At Full Bloom Thrift, each piece is carefully sourced and one-of-a-kind. Due to the vintage nature of our collection, we do not offer standard returns or exchanges.

We provide detailed descriptions, precise measurements, and clear photos so you can make an informed decision. If you have any questions regarding sizing or the condition of an item, please contact us before placing your order.

Right of withdrawal under Dutch Law

If your order is delivered within the The Netherlands, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Dutch consumer law.

To exercise this right:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery via email at returns@fullbloomthrift.com
  • After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the item

Conditions for withdrawal

To be eligible for a return under the withdrawal right:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition
  • Items must not show signs of wear, washing, or damage

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Since we sell vintage and second-hand pieces, minor signs of wear are normal and are always described and/or shown in the product photos when relevant. Any item returned with additional wear, damage, alterations, stains, odors (including perfume or smoke), or signs of use beyond trying it on will not be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved:

  • You will be refunded the purchase amount of the item(s)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using tracked shipping, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

A Note on Vintage

Every piece at Full Bloom Thrift has lived a life before you, that’s part of the charm!

We carefully inspect and curate each item, but vintage clothing is rarely “perfect.” Small character marks are part of its story and not considered defects. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the unique character of vintage clothing.
